The ICCIUK is organising the second appointment of The Authentic Italian Table, after the success of last year's event:

"ALL YOU NEED IS COOKING"

An exclusive cooking class with chef Francesco Mazzei

The event is part of the True Italian Taste project and is aimed at discovering some incredible Italian products with designations of origin, such as Gorgonzola PDO, hazelnuts PGI, pancetta PDO and Tropea onion PGI.

Chef Mazzei will cook two recipes with six food influencers, connected through Zoom, and will explain how these authentic Italian ingredients can be used and why designations are important.
