The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK gives notice of the Annual General Meeting 2021 on Wednesday 30th June – 17.15 BST (first notice) or 17.30 BST (second notice).
All our members are invited to attend the event virtually via the Zoom platform. The relevant link will be provided upon registration, contacting Carolina Ghittino, Communication & Members Relations Manager, via the e-mail below.
A member who cannot attend the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy must be a Member of the Chamber. The Proxy Form must be sent back via email before the time for holding the Meeting. Please be aware that no member of the Chamber may be appointed as a proxy by more than two other members of the Chamber.
