To celebrate Burn Night, one of the most important cultural moment of the year in Scotland, we have teamed up with the Italian Academy of Cuisine and SAHA Scottish Arts and Humanities Alliance.

We look forward to welcoming our guests at the Scottish Galleries, the new permanent exhibition of the National Galleries of Scotland dedicated to Scottish Art.

After the private tour, there will be a Scottish/Italian aperitivo at our member Contini Scottish Cafe & Restaurant at the National Galleries.

During this moment, the Vice President of the Academy Mr Maurizio Fazzari will present the book "Storia della Cucina Italiana a Fumetti".

Dr Lindsay Middleton will also give a speech about the role of food in culinary tradition between Scotland and Italy.
