The Authentic Italian Table is back for its fourth year! The enthusiasm is in the air and… On the chopping board! This time the event organised by ICCIUK will be held in person, after two consecutive online editions (due to Covid restrictions).

AN EXCLUSIVE COOKING CLASS with celebrity Chef Aldo Zilli

The event is part of the True Italian Taste project* and is aimed at discovering some incredible Italian products, some of which with designations of origin (PDO and PGI).

Italian celebrity Chef Aldo Zilli will cook two recipes together with selected food influencers, showcasing the tastiness, wholesomeness and versatility of authentic Italian ingredients and highlighting the importance of the link between food and territory.
