The Authentic Italian Table is an exclusive event that the ICCIUK has now been organising for three years.
The 2021 edition, similarly to the one of last year, will be held online.

"ALL YOU NEED IS COOKING"
An exclusive cooking class with Chef Theo Randall

The event is part of the True Italian Taste project and is aimed at discovering some incredible Italian products, some of which with designations of origin (PDO and PGI).

Chef Theo Randall will cook two recipes with ten food influencers, connected via Zoom, and will explain how these authentic Italian ingredients can be used and why the territory of origin is important.

The event will be live-streamed on Instagram on @theauthenticitaliantable account.
