The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy for Scotland and Northern Ireland, is glad to collaborate on this project supporting the professional re-training of Italian citizens in Scotland and Northern Ireland organised by Comites of Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The Comites has launched a tender aimed at Italian citizens who lost their jobs in Scotland or Northern Ireland during the global pandemic in 2020/2021. This initiative includes 40 scholarships for professionalising commercial courses, 32 in Scotland and 8 in Northern Ireland.

The winners of the tender will receive a scholarship that will cover 80% of the costs (up to a maximum of £500 - VAT included) of a 1/12 months-long commercial course in a Scottish or Northern Irish college.

Registration to the tender is open until October 2021 and the winners’ selection will be based on a first-come-first-served basis.
